Claire is taking a nap now. Earlier today we were talking about when she lived in Elmont and her and her friend Clara used to go to New York all the time. She said after their husbands went to work, they would take the LIRR into NYC and did different things.

She could not remember if Clara was alive or not. I told her that she had told me a couple of years ago that she passed away. She talked about calling up one of her children to see how they are.

Claire is doing fairly well today. Yesterday she wasn't up to par. She thought she has had a cold recently, but no signs of it today.
