Appetite

Wow! She had the biggest salad I had ever made for her today.  It had lettuce, red peppers, onions, chick peas, cucumber and chicken in it. It was like a Chef's Salad. She complained it was too big, but ate it all and said she was "so full"!  But, she still wanted a Blue Bunny ice cream cone for dessert.

After lunch she laid down for a bit and I had to run out to get her meds, etc. I wasn't gone long, maybe an hour, when I got back she was in the kitchen eating another ice cream cone.  There was plenty of fruit but she didn't want that.  She said she was hungry and was a growing girl. I have never seen anyone her age with an appetite like that.
